Body doubling is a simple but powerful tool for people with ADHD. It’s when you work alongside someone else—virtually or in person—to boost focus and productivity. Just the presence of another person can help cut through distractions, making it easier to stay on task and tackle the things that matter.

That's why I'm offering FREE, weekly body doubling sessions every Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST, starting October 17th.

Weekly Sessions

Join me and a group of like-minded women every week for a virtual session where we work together on whatever’s on your list—whether it’s household tasks, work projects, or personal goals.

Two focused hours

Dedicate two hours every week to knocking out your to-dos with a supportive community, free of distractions.

"Office hours"

There will be a dedicated time about halfway through each session for you to ask any questions you have about ADHD.  Pick my brain!

I'm Dr. Anna Burns, PT, DPT

I am an executive functioning coach for women with ADHD.  I work with women who need strategies, tools, clarity, and accountability with creating a life built around our neurodivergent brains, instead of trying fit into a mold created for neurotypical individuals.

As a woman with ADHD, I personally experience many of the same struggles that you do.  I want to help YOU get the support and information I wish that I had years ago.  No matter what your goals are, I am here to help. We will achieve them together.
